Customer Assistance Center

Through the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC), Mercedes-Benz owners can access a highly trained team devoted to answering their questions. On a typical day, our CAC Representatives field more than 1,500 calls. Some are requests for our Roadside Assistance Program, which covers every Mercedes-Benz in the U.S. regardless of its age or mileage. Other calls come from owners with technical questions about particular features. And others are requests for assistance in planning road trips.

Absolutely. Give us at least two weeks' notice and we'll send you a highlighted trip route showing travel times and distances plus toll-free numbers for selected hotels and airlines.

Mobility Program

"I have special transportation needs and require mobility equipment installed in my new Mercedes-Benz. Am I eligible for reimbursement?"

Yes. You are eligible for a program in which MBUSA will defray part of the cost for adaptive equipment installed by an NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association) certified mobility installer on a purchased or leased new Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
