Customer Assistance Center
Through the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC), Mercedes-Benz owners can access a highly trained team devoted to answering their questions. On a typical day, our CAC Representatives field more than 1,500 calls. Some are requests for our Roadside Assistance Program, which covers every Mercedes-Benz in the U.S. regardless of its age or mileage. Other calls come from owners with technical questions about particular features. And others are requests for assistance in planning road trips.
You can reach the CAC at 1-800-FOR-MERCEDES (1-800-367-6372). It's toll-free, and it's your connection to a helpful Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Representative all day, all night, all year. Give us a call. We've got as many answers as you've got questions.
