Factory Tour

The European Delivery Center in Sindelfingen is just minutes from downtown Stuttgart. Delivery Center staff will treat you to a guided 2 hour factory tour for a firsthand look at how your vehicle was built. You'll tour our first-rate facilities and witness the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every Mercedes-Benz.

After the final inspection is complete, we'll present you with your new Mercedes-Benz. You'll also receive a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. (Please be prepared to show your passport .) A factory representative will then familiarize you with your new automobile, fully preparing you to begin your European road tour.
