How long have you been at MBUSA?

I have been in this position since August of 2010. Previously, I worked as a Marketing Manager at Daimler Financial Services and as a Franchise Specialist for the MBUSA Western Region, which was known at the time as the Los Angeles Region.

What's your favorite thing about your job?

There are two main things. First, the variety; it really is a role where you can learn something new each day since it touches so many different areas within MBUSA. From sales and distribution, to product, marketing, advertising, customer satisfaction, facilities and more, each day brings something different.

Second, it is a role where I feel as if I can help people and affect change. It is extremely rewarding to see a dealer implement a suggestion and then see the desired positive results.

What makes you proud to work at MBUSA?

There are so many things, but the top 3 that stand out the most are the inspired people, the quality product, and the fascinating history.

What challenges you at work?

Trying to absorb and retain the sheer volume of information from all the various departments that we interact with.

Why would you recommend someone work at MBUSA?

How do you spend your time outside work (interest, hobbies, etc.)?

I love to travel. I usually spend any free time I have planning the next vacation destination.
