What's your favorite thing about your job?

Each day I have the opportunity to expand my knowledge of the business and to interact with individuals who have diverse experience. It is challenging to coordinate activities among cross functional teams and at the same time it´s rewarding to work with and learn from others in this way.

What makes you proud to work at MBUSA?

Besides being able to drive the best products in the world, what makes me proud to work at MBUSA is how the organization treats its employees. Employees feel a sense of value and pride, not only for the job they perform but for who they are as individuals. It´s like we´re one big family.

What challenges you at work?

I´m challenged by knowing that what I do makes a difference in achieving our company´s business objectives and helps drive the overall performance of the dealer network.

How do you spend your time outside work (interest, hobbies, etc.)?

I have two boys under the age of 5 so the majority of my free time is spent doing things with my family, from playing sports to reading books. I also enjoy cooking and vacationing in the Caribbean.
