What's your favorite thing about your job?

Running the PDC. It is such an exciting opportunity to run a field PDC operation for MBUSA. It perpetuates my passion for and belief in the performance-driven values and achievements of the company. The job presents new challenges and opportunities on a daily basis. I am responsible for providing strategic and tactical solutions to achieve the goals set by myself and MBUSA. It is the shared goal of my team to be the best PDC and continue to hold on to the title.

What makes you proud to work at MBUSA?

The strength and reputation of the brand and everything it encompasses; the interest shown by people when I discuss our organization´s many accomplishments and the products we represent; the response I receive when I explain that I feel honored to be part of this organization.

What challenges you at work?

Continuously being a process improvement leader, repeatedly making efficiency improvements in a very mature facility. Inspiring individuals through my leadership to always be the best at what they do and strive to achieve "stretch goals".

MBUSA is a leader in the automotive industry. To achieve such recognition, it relies on its employees to drive the organization. How do you spend your time outside work (interest, hobbies, etc.)?

I enjoy playing golf; it is a great way for me to spend time with my two sons who are busy in their own careers. Spending time with my family is how I regenerate myself.
