What's your favorite thing about your job?

Without a doubt, my colleagues here at MBUSA. Being a part of the smart team has been a rewarding experience so far. It´s a positive environment where we are encouraged to be free-thinkers and decision-makers. These past 60 days, I have also had the opportunity to work with several other departments. Everyone has been so supportive and made it a pleasure to come to work each day.

What makes you proud to work at MBUSA?

The Mercedes-Benz brand is a true Tier 1 luxury brand. No matter where I am, people know Mercedes-Benz and what it represents. When I begin to tell them I work with smart cars, they are even more impressed to hear that Mercedes and smart are in the same family.

What challenges you at work?

It has been an honor to have a role in the smart re-launch. This new beginning provides the opportunity to create a new path. It´s an opportunity to innovate!

Bringing smart to MBUSA in such a short amount of time has been a big challenge. As a new employee, this added an extra layer of complication. Fortunately, we are supported by so many people!

In my short time with the company, it is clear to me why MBUSA is among Fortune Magazine´s "100 Best Companies to Work For". This is a highly respected company that values their employees and the contributions they make.

How do you spend your time outside work (interest, hobbies, etc.)?

When I am not working, I just enjoy being with my friends and family.
