  • Damage due to accidents, fraud, negligence, misuse of vehicle, improper adjustments, alterations to the vehicle, acts of nature, objects striking the vehicle.

  • Damage due to lack of required maintenance, improper maintenance or the use of other than original equipment parts.

  • Repairs not performed by an authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer.

  • Any amount exceeding the actual market value of the vehicle.
