I've had this app for a year now. It took forever just to get it validated for my car in the beginning and it hardly ever works. I can't even get the app to open most of the time much less get remote start to work when it does. It's embarrassing to have a luxury car that cannot reliably provide a common feature found in almost all other mainstream brands, including economy cars. Mercedes should be ashamed to have even published this (lack of) technology for market use.

Works Sometimes! I just spent 45 mins on the phone with a representative trying to troubleshoot why the app wouldn't start my vehicle. She had me to uninstall the app and try it again. Still didn't work, so now a ticket has been sent to the senior department. Not sure what's next, but I'd be better off with an old regular remote start keyfob that may work better. Geesh!! I spent all this money on a car and can't even remote start it

The App never remotely starts the engine at first try. I have to "stop the engine" then re-trigger the remote start process every single time. This spring, it actually worked a few times after an update. Alas, after this recent update, it fails every time at first try. The car is great, but the App is lousy. I wouldn't use it, if it's not because we are in the middle of December.
