Everyday drives and journeys afar, the GLB’s first electric model puts a spotlight on comfort and versatility. It’s designed to adapt to your lifestyle with available seating for up to seven, ample cargo space and even a frunk for extra storage. We widened the wheelbase and redesigned the roofline for more legroom and headroom. Add all that to the expansive panoramic roof and you’ll forget it’s technically a compact.

The electric GLB invites whimsy along for the ride with the optional SKY CONTROL panoramic roof. Nearly undetectable by day, this feature illuminates the 158 stars integrated into the glass surface by night. On sunny days, SKY CONTROL helps diminish glare by shifting the glass opacity from clear to cloudy.

Electric advancements bring calming confidence with a range of up to 392-miles (WLTP) on a single charge.1 When it’s time to plug in, this GLB substantially shortens charge times with the new 800-volt electric architecture and new-generation battery. Just ten 10 minutes at a DC fast charger adds an astounding 161-miles of range (WLTP) — making time spent plugged in feel comparable to a visit to the gas pump.1 At home, plug into the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox for convenient overnight charging.

And no Mercedes-Benz would be complete without state-of-the-art safety features. The GLB offers advanced driver assistance systems for a high level of protection for every passenger.

The all-new electric 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLB SUV will arrive next fall. And look for hybrid powertrain variants set to launch early 2027.
