Triple-boosted, for a torrent of torque
Two advanced engines team twin-scroll turbocharging with 48-volt hybrid assist that can add 184 lb-ft of electric torque. A 429-hp turbo inline-6 further boosted by an electric compressor rushes the GLE 53 to 60 in 5.2 seconds. The handcrafted 603-hp AMG biturbo V8 thrusts the GLE 63 S to 60 in 3.7 seconds.
