AMG-enhanced 3.0L inline-6 turbo engine with hybrid assist
<p>The seamless power and natural balance of an inline-6 pair with another Mercedes-AMG tradition: a technological leap forward. The lightweight, fully beltless and comprehensively upgraded engine is also electrified: An Integrated Starter-Generator can supply up to 23 hp and recapture energy during deceleration. An improved electric auxiliary compressor enhances the response of a larger turbo with up to 22 psi of max boost. The gas engine outputs 443 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque on its own.</p>
AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive
<p>A specially engineered version of 4MATIC® can instantly vary the front-to-rear torque distribution in precise response to driving conditions and driver inputs. It can even send up to 100% to the rear wheels. An electromechanical coupling between the front and rear axles is controlled based on an elaborate matrix of driving mode, lateral and longitudinal acceleration, and available grip to optimize handling and acceleration on virtually any road or track surface.</p>
AMGÂ RIDE CONTROL suspension
<p>The AMG RIDE CONTROL Suspension responds with equal skill to the demands of the racetrack, city streets, highways and back roads. Engineered with stronger and lighter components, its AMG-developed springs and shock absorbers deliver highly responsive tracking and cornering with a balance of comfort and control, even as driving conditions vary. Along with 3-stage variable damping, the modes of AMG DYNAMIC SELECT also adapt the steering feedback.</p>
AIRSCARF neck-level heating system
<p>Extend your top-down driving enjoyment further into a cool evening or later into the season with the AIRSCARF® neck-level heating system. Vents beneath each front head restraint can deliver warmed airflow to your neck, head and shoulders, like a virtual scarf. With individual 3-stage temperature controls and airflow automatically adjusted to your driving speed, AIRSCARF means you don't have to put the top up just because the sun, or thermometer, has gone down.</p>
Burmester 3D Surround Sound System
<p>The Burmester® 3D system pairs innovations in mobile audio with legendary quality. A Digital Signal Processing amp can output 710 total watts to deliver a natural sound spectrum in any music genre. A total of 15 speakers includes speakers integrated into each front seat, exquisitely drilled metal speaker grilles, and body-integrated FrontBass subwoofers for exceptional clarity even with the top down.</p>
