AMG-enhanced 3.0L inline-6 turbo engine with hybrid assist

The seamless power and natural balance of an inline-6 pair with another Mercedes-AMG tradition: a technological leap forward. The lightweight, beltless and comprehensively upgraded engine is also electrified: There’s the hybrid assist of an Integrated Starter-Generator. And an electric auxiliary compressor that can enhance the response of a larger turbo with up to 22 psi of max boost. The gas engine outputs 443 hp and 443 lb-ft on its own, with 10-second bursts of 472 lb-ft available.

AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive

A specially engineered version of 4MATIC® can vary the front-to-rear torque distribution in precise response to driving conditions and driver inputs. It can send up to 100% to the rear wheels, or transmit torque from the rear-mounted electric motor toward the front. An electromechanical coupling between the front and rear axles is controlled based on driving mode, lateral and longitudinal acceleration, and available grip to optimize handling and acceleration on virtually any road or track surface.

System cannot overcome the laws of physics, nor is it a substitute for being attentive to driving, traffic and conditions. Please always wear your seat belt. Performance is limited by available traction, which snow, ice and other conditions can affect. Always drive carefully, consistent with conditions. Best performance in snow is obtained with winter tires.
AMG RIDE CONTROL

The AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension responds with equal skill to the demands of the racetrack, city streets, highways and back roads. Lighter and more rigid than the standard GLC suspension, its AMG-developed springs and shock absorbers deliver highly responsive tracking and cornering with a balance of comfort and control, even as driving conditions vary. Along with 3-stage variable damping, the modes of AMG DYNAMIC SELECT also adapt the steering feedback.

DISTRONIC adaptive cruise control

A Mercedes-Benz innovation, DISTRONIC® cruise control uses radar-based technology to adapt your set speed in response to the flow of traffic ahead. If traffic slows down, it can reduce your speed automatically until your path clears. If the vehicle ahead slows to a stop, it can brake to a full halt. When traffic moves, you can resume with just a tap of the accelerator or cruise control resume button, or it can resume automatically if the stop is under three seconds.

Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC is not a substitute for active driving involvement. It does not adapt cruising speed in response to stationary objects, nor does it predict the curvature and lane layout of the road ahead or the movement of vehicles ahead. It is the driver's responsibility at all times to be attentive to posted speed limits, traffic and road conditions, and to provide the steering, braking and other driving inputs necessary to retain control of the vehicle. Drivers are cautioned not to wait for the system's alerts before braking, as that may not afford sufficient time and distance to brake safely. Braking effectiveness also depends on proper brake maintenance, and tire and road conditions. See Operator's Manual for system operating speeds and additional information and warnings.
Panorama roof

Offering both front- and rear-seat passengers sweeping skyward views, this fully functional glass sunroof features a front panel that can either tilt up for ventilation or slide over the rear panel for an open-air feeling. An interior power shade lets you adjust the amount of sunlight entering the cabin.
