Three Axial Flux permanently synchronous electric motors (1 front/2 rear)
<p>Three innovative axial flux motors team up to deliver over 800 hp. These specialized motors roughly triple the power density of conventional electric motors, thereby allowing a package one-third the size, along with higher sustained output and greater torque. They’re integrated with compact transmissions into High-Performance Electric Drive Units, an oil-coiled pair at the rear axle plus a booster up front for added power or traction on demand. Inspired by Formula 1®, they’re developed by AMG to bring performance to an entirely new level.</p>
AMG RIDE CONTROL+ suspension
<p>An advanced, lightweight adaptive air suspension responds with equal skill to the demands of the city streets, winding back roads and challenging tracks. Its AMG-calibrated sensors and pressurized air spring-struts can respond within milliseconds to road-surface and driving conditions. It also self-lowers at speed to further enhance handling stability and efficiency. The modes of AMG DYNAMIC SELECT let you adjust the damping, ride height and steering feedback.</p>
Digital Extra: MB.DRIVE ASSIST
<p>An extensive suite of standard driver assists helps support the driver with steering and lane changes. Intelligent systems use a network of sensors that constantly watch lane markings, GPS map data and even the vehicle ahead of you to help make driving simpler and less stressful.</p>
Front passenger display
<p>The front passenger is provided with their own 14-inch LED touchscreen for entertainment, including video and gaming from a growing list of streaming platforms. It's compatible with Bluetooth® gaming controllers or the passenger's phone. Eye-tracking technology is among the safeguards against driver distraction.</p>
Burmester 3D Surround Sound system
<p>The Burmester® 3D system pairs innovations in mobile audio with legendary quality. A Digital Signal Processing amp can output 710 total watts to deliver a natural sound spectrum in any music genre. A total of 15 speakers includes 3D surround speakers, exquisitely drilled metal speaker grilles, and body-integrated FrontBass subwoofers. Along with preset listening modes, Sound Personalization can tailor settings to your individual tastes.</p>
